Curried Cauliflower Soup


  • 700ml/ about 3 cups of milk

  • 1 large cauliflower (about 300gm)

  • 15ml/ 1 tbsp garam masala

  • salt

  • ground black pepper

  • fresh coriander (cilantro), to garnish


  1. Pre-heat a large pan and pour in the milk. Heat up the milk with medium heat.
    Break the cauliflower into florets, add into the milk. Add in garam masala and season.
    Bring the milk to boil.

  2. Reduce the heat, partially cover the pan with a lid and simmer until the cauliflower is tender.
    Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Transfer the mixture to a food processor or blender, process until smooth.

  3. Return the puree back to the pan. Heat through gently. Seasoning and garnished with coriander. Serve immediately,
