Smoked Salmon With Cucumber Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

  • 10 slices smoked salmon

Cucumber Mayonnaise:

  • 80g Japanese cucumber with skin (diced)

  • 50g red radish (sliced)

  • 30g celery (diced)

  • 20g big onions (chopped)

  • Some fresh dill

  • 50g mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Garnishing:

Cherry tomatoes, parley

 

Method:

  1. Mix together all the cucumber mayonnaise ingredients.

  2. Roll up some cucumber mayonnaise mixture with a piece of smoked salmon slice, set aside.

To Assemble:

  1. Place the smoked salmon rolls on the serving plate, garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley, serve at once.
