Defrost shrimp if frozen.
with running tap water.
and devein shrimp but remain the tails intact if you like.
the shrimp in quick and pat dry with paper towels. Set aside.
pasta according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
large skillet, heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add in chopped garlic over
medium high heat. as soon as the garlic begins to brown, add in shrimps and ,
cook for about 3 minutes or until the shrimps are opaque. Once the shrimps are
done, remove the skillet from heat and transfer the shrimps to a serving plate
with slotted spoon.
wine, butter and salt to the skillet. Return the skillet to heat. Cook over
medium heat. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes to melt the butter and loosen the
browned bits if any.
paste equally among four plates. Top with shrimps and pour over butter mixture.
Sprinkle with fresh chives or parsley.
