Cod Fish With Tomato Mint Sauce

Ingredients:

Marinade:

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp lime juice

  • 1 tbsp white wine

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Garnishing:

  • Mint leaves

Method:

  1. Rinse  the cod fish and pat-dry. Season with marinade ingredients for 20 minutes.

  2. Steam the marinated cod fish in preheated steamer over heat for 5 minutes till done. Remove, set aside.

To Assemble:

  1. Spoon some tomato mint sauce around the serving platter.

  2. Next, place on the cod steak, garnish with mint leaves when serve.
