Shimeji Mushroom Brown Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 100gm Shimeji mushroom

  • 400ml brown sauce

Seasoning:

  • Salt

  • Pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Heat up olive oil and butter in the preheated sauce pan to sauce Shimeji mushrooms until fragrant.

  2. Add in brown sauce, bring to the boil until the sauce is slightly thicken, season with salt and pepper, remove, ready to serve.
