Orange Sauce


  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 50gm big onions (chopped)

  • 1 1/2 tbsp plain flour

  • 1 stalk fresh Dill

  • 500ml Orange Juice (in packet)

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • some orange rind


  1. Heat up butter in the preheated sauce pan to sauté onions until aromatic.

  2. Add in flour, stir-fry for 1 minute till combined. Add orange juice, sugar and salt, bring to boil. Simmer over a low heat for 5 minutes.

  3. Strain the orange sauce, mix with some orange rind, ready to serve.
