Lemon Onion Cheese Sauce


  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 60gm big onions (chopped)

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 400ml cooking cream/ fresh cream

  • Salt, chicken stock granule, pepper to paste

  • 120gm Mozzarella cheese


  1. Heat up butter in the preheated sauce pan to sauté onions until aromatic.

  2. Add in lemon juice, cooking cream and Mozzarella cheese. Simmer over a low heat for a while.

  3. Season with some salt, chicken stock granule and pepper. Remove from heat, ready to serve.
