Black Pepper Sauce


  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 30gm shallots (sliced)

  • 30gm crushed black pepper

  • 1 tbsp Brandy

  • 400ml chicken brown sauce


  • Salt


  1. Heat up butter and olive oil in the preheated sauce pan to sauté shallots and black pepper until aromatic.

  2. Add in Brandy and chicken brown sauce, bring to boil over a low heat about 5-10 minutes. Season with seasoning, stir well, remove from the heat, ready to serve.
