500g minced chicken
4 spring onions
15g fresh coriander, plus extra to garnish
tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1tablespoon light soy sauce
piece root ginger, finely grated
tablespoon sesame oil
tablespoon sunflower oil
sweet chili dipping sauce, to serve
onion curls, to garnish
Chop the spring onions and coriander finely with
knife or a food processor then mix with the chicken
mince, sesame seeds, soy sauce, ginger and egg
Divide the mixture into 20 mounds on a chopping
board. Shape each of the mixture into slightly
flattened rounds with wetted hands, then chill in
fridge for 1 hour.
Heat the sesame and sunflower oils in a frying pan,
then put in the patties and fry for 10 minutes,
turning once or twice until golden and cooked
through to the centre.
arrange on a serving plate and garnish with extra
coriander leaves and spring onions curls.
