How to Choose Strawberries?

  • It is better to buy the Strawberries which are produced locally or from the Strawberry farms or farmer's markets directly.

  • Strawberry are very perishable, recommend only to purchase when it is needed or few days before use. Don't keep Strawberries for too long.

  • When buying in the store, choose the Strawberries with your nose, always pick the most fragrant berries.

  • Choose those are firm, plum and fresh, it must be free from mold and bruise.

  • The fresh green caps must be fully attached, bright green color and fresh looking.

  • Strawberry will stop its ripening process after harvesting. So pick those fully ripen Strawberries, it should be in deep red color.
