Mango Yogurt Smoothie


  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 ½ cups ripe mango, cubed

  • 2 tbsp honey (adjust according to the sweetness of mango)

  • ½ cup crushed ice cubes

  • ½ cup water (add more water for a thinner consistency)

  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender; whip for a little than a minute. Blend the smoothie according to the variety of mango used.

  2. Add more water and sugar to adjust the taste and texture.

  3. Serve chilled, garnish with mint leaves.
