Carrot, Pineapple And Ginger Juice


  • 1 carrot

  • 1/2 small pineapple

  • 25g fresh root ginger

  • ice cubes (optional)


  1. Cut away the skin of pineapple, then cut the pineapple into quarters and remove the core from each piece. Roughly slice the pineapple flesh and cut into portions which small enough to fit in the juicer.

  2. Thinly peel the ginger by using a sharp knife or vegetable peeler, roughly chop the flesh.

  3. Scrape or peel the carrot and cut it into rounds or chunks.

  4. Push the carrot, ginger and pineapple through a juicer and then pour the juice into a glass. Add some ice cubes if like and serve immediately.
