Rosti Potato


  • 30g potatoes

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 3 tbsp butter


  1. 1 tbsp red caviar

  2. Some snow peas (blanched)


  1. Peeled and shred the potatoes into finely, then season with salt.

  2. Heat up butter in the preheated sauce pan to stir-fry the shredded potatoes about 2 minutes.

  3. Place the potatoes shreds in the stainless steel round mould. Bake in the preheated oven at 150°C for 20 minutes, dish out and set aside.

  4. Place the toasted potato shreds on the serving platter.

  5. Arrange some blanched snow peas at side, garnish with red caviar. Serve at once.
