How to Make Low-Fat Pizza Dough


  • 2 tbsp dried yeast

  • 1 cup lukewarm water

  • ½ kg (1 lb) wholemeal four

  • 28 g (1 oz) soya flour


  1. Dissolve the yeast with warm water.

  2. Mix the flours and slowly pour in the yeast mixture. Knead for 10 minutes or until the dough is smooth, elastic and lightly greased.

  3. Place the dough into a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let it set at warm area for 30-40 minutes or until the dough is double in size.

  4. Divide the dough to 4 equal portions. Roll each portion with roller pin to make a round 12 inches (or any size you desire) pizza base. You may freeze them in separate plastic bags.
