Avocado With Crab Meat Sandwich


  • 50g crab meats (cooked)

  • 30g bid onions (chopped)

  • 50g mayonnaise

  • 1/2 tsp lime juice

  • 10 white or brown bread slices (crush removed)

  • 1 nos. avocado (sliced)


  • Fresh dills

  • Fresh red cherries


  1. Combine the cooked crab meat with onions, mayonnaise and lime juice together, ready to serve.

To Assemble:

  1. Cut out round shape of the breads with a pastry cutter. Spread the sandwich filling mixture on the bread, and place on a sliced of avocado, then cover with another slice of bread.

  2. Garnish the sandwich with fresh dills and red cherries on top, serve at once.
